About Us
Meet the Founder
Meet Ryan
I’m Ryan Fairchild, founder of Elevation Commercial Cleaning. My professional background began in health and fitness before I transitioned into the construction sales industry. Through my work with office parks and large commercial buildings, I frequently heard business owners and professionals express frustration with the quality of their cleaning services. Seeing this recurring problem inspired me to create a company focused on delivering the level of cleanliness, consistency, and professionalism businesses deserve.
At Elevation Commercial Cleaning, our mission is simple: to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services that help businesses maintain clean, welcoming, and professional environments. We believe that attention to detail, clear communication, and accountability make all the difference. We recently upgraded to a new, larger office space in Spring Valley for our growing business, Element Pros. With the added space, we decided it was time to find a new cleaning service that better fit our needs. We heard about Sterling Commercial Cleaning from another local business and decided to reach out. Steven came by, did a thorough walkthrough, and provided a very reasonable quote. We decided to give them a shot, and it’s been a great experience so far. The team is punctual, friendly, and does an excellent job keeping our new office spotless

We have a unique setup at Bücha Hard Kombucha here in San Diego. We are a full brewery and tasting room near Sorrento Valley / UTC that also houses our offices. We tried several cleaning companies, but none could consistently handle the full scope of our space. One area would be spotless, while another was clearly overlooked. Then we found Sterling Commercial Cleaning and the difference has been night and day. They work hard overnight, and every morning we walk into a spotless environment from the tasting room to the offices and brewery floor. Highly recommend!
